$2 Family Fun Night at Port Discovery: B-more's children's museum just won Best Museum and Best Kids' Party Place from Parents Connect by Nickelodeon! On Friday evening from 4-7 p.m., admission is just $2! You can't beat that!

Walter Wick - Games, Gizmos and Toys in the Attic: The creator of the I Spy book series, beloved by children and adults alike, brings an imaginative exhibit to the Walters beginning Saturday. Get a behind-the-scenes look at the artist’s creative process and a window into the puzzles and illusions for which his books are so well known. FREE for children 17 and under!

KidsFest at the B&O Railroad Museum: Taking place Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m.- 4 p.m., KidsFest offers train rides, entertainment from kids' band "Milkshake," and an "All Aboooooooard!!" calling contest. A train load of fun for the whole family!

The Cat in the Hat knows a lot about that!: Based on the acclaimed Dr. Seuss series, this event at Borders Timonium will appeal to preschoolers' natural curiosity, and engage them in the process of scientific exploration and discovery. FREE! Saturday at 11 a.m.

Johnny Appleseed Festival: Weber's Farm's annual festival to kick off their Fall Family Fun Series is taking place Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Experience hayrides, a straw maze, the Boo Barn, farm animals, hillside slides, duck races and live music! Admission to the Parkville farm's Barnyard Activity Center is $5 for children aged 2-17 and $4 for adults.
