Happy Birthday Theodor Geisel, AKA Dr. Seuss! Today would have been the favorite children's author's 107th birthday. It's also the National Education Association's annual Read Across America Day. Here's a round-up of Seusserific ways you can celebrate literacy inexpensively or for FREE!
